TetraScience is an active Allotrope member and community participant. Our Intermediate Data Schema (IDS) was inspired by the Allotrope Data Format (ADF) and developed in collaboration with our customers and partners.
We have active projects transforming from primary (raw) laboratory data - chromatography, plate readers, spectrometers - through IDS to the Allotrope Simplified Model (ASM).
This allows biopharma customers to benefit from the ontology and organization of ASM, powered by the platform features of the Tetra Scientific Data Cloud™.
