Studies, part of the Dotmatics suite, organizes acquired screening data from HTS, HCS or DMPK studies. Protocol definition and assay execution are simple; Studies interfaces with a wide variety of plate readers and detection modes. A RESTful API layer ensures smooth integration of Studies with other analysis and operational systems.
The Tetra Data Platform has been used to acquire data from multiple vendors' plate readers and liquid handlers, merge these, and deposit them into Studies for automatic IC50 generation. Now that the data pipeline exists, the Tetra Data Platform can push even more instruments' data in - process controls, in-line analytics, variable detector modes, experimental metadata - improving the overall analyses that can be performed downstream.
